VSetTextOff - turns a Text (Tablet) Item OFF.
  TEXT *item;
  VSetTextOff turns a Text (Tablet) Item OFF. The Text Item is erased and does
not exist for interaction purposes until it is turned ON.

Side Effects
  The 'state' element of the Text Item's structure is changed. 
Entry Conditions
  VCreateColormap should be called earlier, else VSetTextOff prints an
error message to the standard error stream, produces a core dump file and
exits from the current process.
