VDeleteText - removes a Text Item from the list.
  VDeleteText removes a Text Item from the list and erases it from the window
it is displayed on. The memory space occupied by the Item is also freed.

Side Effects
Entry Conditions
  VCreateColormap should be called earlier, else VDeleteText prints an
error message to the standard error stream, produces a core dump file and
exits from the current process.
